Hello Fellow Sisters! The Palm Springs Order welcomes you to our beautiful city and we hope you enjoy every second of your stay! Being a smaller community than many larger cities that host Sister Orders, we do ask that you keep a few things in mind.

    • Palm Springs does have clothing-optional resorts
    • Palm Springs has some strict laws to adhere to
    • The Palm Springs Order and our members are well known in the community
    • There are “do’s-and-don’ts” in every community and in every SPI Order

Because of these things, we kindly require all visiting Sisters to contact our Mistress of Novices if you plan on manifesting while in our lovely city. You can do this via email by Clicking This Link or by posting a note on our FaceBook Page by Clicking This Link. We also have a quick FAQ below to help,

FAQS

Q: Can I accept donations on behalf of the Sisters at Palm Springs Pride or other Public Events
A: No. Other Orders are not allowed to collect donations at events, unless they are working with PSSPI at a “planned and sanctioned fundraising event”. All proceeds collected during that event are collected on behalf of PSSPI. Bar Ministry donations may not be accepted unless a PSSPI FPM is present.

Q: Can another Order sponsor an event in Palm Springs?
A: All events must be approved by the PSSPI Board. An event request must be submitted by Clicking This Link. All event requests are reviewed at our monthly Board Meeting and a response advising if the event was approved or denied will be sent via email. All proceeds collected during an event must be split with PSSPI.

Q: What about Bar Ministry?
A: Visiting Sisters “in-good-standing” may manifest in public at will. Of course some of us would probably want to come join in the festivities, so notifying us in advance will give us time to spread the word.

Q: What about private events hosted at some of the resorts?
A: Have fun and enjoy yourself. However, keep in mind that if you are in-face, the public does not recognize that you are from another Order. While we do believe in nuns-behaving-badly, we do not condone public sexual acts in-face, even if it is at an event being hosted in a private setting. We also expect that visiting Sisters refrain from becoming notably intoxicated in public, or engage in any activities that would be considered illegal.
